Texts: Fauci Gave Mixed Message on Vax Miscarriage Risk

Text messages obtained from the government-issued cellphone of Dr. Anthony Fauci show the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases privately raised the possibility that a reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine could theoretically be associated with miscarriages.

Days later, he publicly said regulators had found "no red flags" involving pregnant women.

The messages, released Monday by Sens. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., were among more than 34,000 texts obtained by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which Paul chairs. The government-issued iPhone also contained more than 522 voicemails.

Paul and Johnson said in a news release that only three contacts were listed and that all other text messages were identified only with phone numbers rather than contact names. They said it was too early to determine whether any data was deleted.

Johnson referred to the revelations as "a major scandal" during an appearance Monday night on Newsmax's "Carl Higbie FRONTLINE." He added that the information was found after a "quick little search" and that lawmakers have yet to go through the full trove of texts and voicemails.

"I thought we better release this one right away because it impacts public health today," Johnson said.

Fauci, then-CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, and then-Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy discussed potential risks of COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy, including whether the timing of vaccination could affect those risks.

"I asked around a bit more and another issue came up that you need to be aware of," Fauci wrote in a Jan. 25, 2021, text exchange with Walensky and Murthy.

"Since many people have significant cytokines storm and fever after the 2nd dose, this theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester," Fauci added.

Walensky replied: "Definitely a good point, esp. after dose two."

Murthy replied: "This is really helpful, thanks. I've been hearing the concern about the mRNA causing mutations in the developing fetus as well. That's a really good point re the cytokine storm post second dose."

Other messages showed Fauci, Murthy, and Walensky weighing potential vaccination risks against the risks COVID-19 posed to pregnant women.

Fauci noted that more than 10,000 pregnant women had been vaccinated at the time without reported problems and that animal toxicology studies had raised no red flags.

A day later, Murthy mentioned in a text to Fauci and Walensky that he was "surprised to see WHO [World Health Organization] put out a strong [line] saying they do not recommend moderna in pregnant women."

"That's a strong statement to make and potentially quite damaging to public confidence among pregnant women," Murthy wrote.

On Feb. 3, 2021, Fauci said during a question-and-answer livestream with the Journal of the American Medical Association that the FDA had "found thus far, and we have to be careful, but thus far no red flags about that, about pregnant women."

On Aug. 30, 2021, Fauci, who also served as chief medical adviser to the Biden White House, told pregnancy expert Heidi Murkoff, "[If] you look at the literally — literally — tens and tens and tens of thousands of women who have been followed by the CDC, who have been vaccinated when they were pregnant, there's no indication whatsoever that there's any increase of any adverse issues in a pregnant woman who was vaccinated compared to a pregnant woman who wasn't vaccinated … it's pretty clear that pregnant women should get vaccinated."

Paul's committee last week voted to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress after he invoked the Fifth Amendment more than 100 times during a July 29 hearing, even though Fauci received a broad pardon from former President Joe Biden.

Paul then referred the contempt finding to the Department of Justice for potential prosecution.

The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty: The End of National Sovereignty and Freedom

Even as much of the world continues to move past the covid-19 pandemic, the World Health Organization (WHO) is already looking ahead and preparing for the emergence of “other pandemics and other major health emergencies.” To ensure that the world is adequately prepared for future pandemics, “the World Health Assembly” held a special session, on December 1, 2021, entitled The World Together.

The World Health Assembly is “the decision-making body of WHO” and “is attended by delegations from all WHO Member States and focuses on a specific health agenda prepared by the Executive Board.” In this special session, which was actually only “the second-ever since WHO’s founding in 1948,” participants agreed to “draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.” This would come to be known as the Pandemic Treaty, which was the main focus of discussions at the Seventy-Fifth World Health Assembly, which was held in Geneva during May 22–28, 2022.

According to Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the first director-general of the WHO and who is not actually a medical doctor, this treaty represents an “opportunity to strengthen the global health architecture to protect and promote the well-being of all people.” If passed, the Pandemic Treaty will allow the WHO to make radical changes to the healthcare systems of its member countries starting in 2024.

In particular, this agreement will grant the WHO the power to declare a pandemic, based on its own vaguely defined criteria, in any of its 194 member countries at any point in the future. It will also permit the WHO to unilaterally determine what measures will be imposed in response to these future declared pandemics, including lockdown policies, mandatory masking, social distancing, and coercing the population into undergoing medical treatments and vaccinations.

Contrary to popular opinion, the WHO is not an independent, unbiased, and ethical organization that aims to achieve the common good. In reality, its goals and agendas are set by its donors, including some of the world’s richest countries and most influential philanthropists. For decades, “philanthropists and their foundations have [gained] increasing influence” when it comes to shaping the global health agenda by “placing people in international organizations, and gaining privileged access to scientific, business and political elites.”

For example, as Jens Martens and Karolin Seitz explain in Philanthropic Power and Development: Who Shapes the Agenda?,“ the Gates Foundation and earlier the Rockefeller Foundation, have been shaping global health policies not only through their direct grant-making but also through the provision of matching funds, the support of selected research programmes, the creation of global health partnerships with Foundation’s staff in their decision-making bodies, and by direct advocacy at the highest political level.” In fact, back in 2006, The Guardian reported that “the Gates foundation is now the second largest donor to the World Health Organization after the US, as well as one of the world’s largest single investors in biotechnology for farming and pharmaceuticals.” Unfortunately, when philanthropists and their foundations advance their own interests, they do so at the expense of the common interests of society. There is no reason to believe that this dynamic will be any different in the case of the Pandemic Treaty.

The Pandemic Treaty has the potential to be extremely detrimental to the future of humanity, because it will allow the WHO’s most powerful contributors to shape universal pandemic measures instead of recognizing the importance of developing specific policies and approaches based on the social, economic, and physical realities and needs of each individual country. The treaty will eliminate the national will and sovereignty of member countries, as it will dictate their health policies based on abstraction, as opposed to considering the realities that prevail in each place.

Even if the Pandemic Treaty genuinely aimed to achieve purely noble humanitarian outcomes, it still has to be opposed on the basis of liberal thought, which maintains that the individual alone must possess absolute responsibility for his own well-being, assuming that he is of mature age and of sound mind. That is to say, the individual is the only one permitted to make decisions that affect his body, his life, and his future, absent the coercive power of any external authority.

However, the Pandemic Treaty will not allow individuals to rely on their own physical, spiritual, and intellectual faculties in order to achieve their own well-being. Instead, it will impose treatments and vaccination on individuals against their own will, thereby violating bodily freedom on a global scale. History is a testament to the fact that violating bodily freedom leads to slavery and retrogression in society.

The Pandemic Treaty will also give the WHO the authority to issue dictates within the private spheres of individuals and to exercise control over their social and public lives, the institutions of their society, and their governments, all in the name of public health. In doing so, it will suppress civil liberties, economic freedom, positive freedom (freedom to), and negative freedom (freedom from). All these forms of freedom are intended to be constructive forces in society that contribute to the achievement of social progress. Once these freedoms are stifled, the foundations of progress and advancement also vanish.

Through the Pandemic Treaty, the WHO will impose its own value judgment on the world population, thereby ignoring the fact that values differ significantly between people, cultures, traditions, and nations. In other words, it will disregard the diversity of people when it comes to making decisions about their own bodies based on their own religious beliefs, commitments, views, commitments, and cultural and traditional values. It will also violate inclusiveness, as the imposition of a single value judgment; namely, the “One Health” approach, means that the WHO does not treat other value judgments, nor cultural and traditional practices, fairly and equally.

The Pandemic Treaty ignores the fact that, as Joseph Schumpeter noted, there is no “unambiguous standpoint with regard to the social whole, upon general welfare and so forth; nor would such a unitary standpoint exist if all individuals and groups wished to act and evaluate on this basis, since the general good and the social ideal appears differently to each and every one.”1

When it comes to medicine, Schumpeter continues, even though people “sufficiently recognize what good health is and generally seek to achieve such a condition,” “it cannot be proved to anyone that health should be positively valued,” as health cannot “be unambiguously defined.”2  In reality, people pursue “good health with very different levels of commitment, valuing this good in relation to others very differently; nor that their aims are not all exactly the same—the health regimes followed by the boxer and the singer are very clearly not identical.”3  Even surgeons trained in the same area would not necessarily agree on the same treatment and operation.

For example, writes Schumpeter, “faced with the option of removing an ulcer, or avoiding the damage associated with surgical intervention, two physicians can argue about whether the one or the other would achieve the desired recovery in the same way.” Moreover, within a particular nation-state, “between people of the same political, social, economic, and cultural interest and with the same perspective on the social world there can always be differences over what is worth striving for.” Accordingly, why would any person or organization that purports to support liberal democratic values back the Pandemic Treaty?

Those that support the Pandemic Treaty ignore the core principles of liberal thought and the principles of democratic governance, as they do not , as Ludwig von Mises put it, “see any reason why they should not by means of force coerce other people to do what these people are not prepared to do of their own accord.” The treaty’s advocates believe that it is acceptable to employ large-scale central planning to coerce people into doing “the right thing” based on value judgments that are not theirs. It does not matter to them, continues Mises, that “the apparatus of physical compulsion resorted to in such endeavors is that of the government’s police power or an illegal “picket” force whose violence the government tolerates…. What matters is the substitution of compulsion for voluntary action.”

Supporters of the Pandemic Treaty should remember the words of John Stuart Mill:

Neither one person, nor any number of persons, is warranted in saying to another human creature of ripe years, that he shall not do with his life for his own benefit what he chooses to do with it. He is the person most interested in his own well-being, the interest which any other person, except in cases of strong personal attachment, can have in it, is trifling, compared with that which he himself has; the interest which society has in him individually (except as to his conduct to others) is fractional, and altogether indirect: while, with respect to his own feelings and circumstances, the most ordinary man or woman has means of knowledge immeasurably surpassing those that can be possessed by any one else.

That is to say, the individual is in the best position to be the final judge of action when it comes to his bodily autonomy, his private sphere, and his freedom. [source]

Today’s Public Health Emergency: Restoring Trust With Seven Steps COMMENTARY

The public health emergency of the SARS2-CoV pandemic ended long ago, but America faces a new emergency. Faith in health agencies has plummeted more rapidly since 2019 than any other government institution, with almost two-thirds now rating the FDA and the CDC as “only fair or poor.” Half of America no longer has much confidence in science itself. 

The loss of trust is part of the disgraceful legacy of those who held power during the pandemic. Two presidents and dozens of governors hid behind public health bureaucrats Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx, Robert Redfield, and Rochelle Walensky. They ignored Henderson’s classic review 15 years earlier showing lockdowns were both ineffective and extremely harmful. They rejected the alternative, targeted protection, recommended as early as March 2020 by Ioannidis, Katz, and Atlas. Beyond a reckless disregard for foreseeable destruction from their policies, America’s leaders imposed sinful harms and long-lasting damage on our children, the totality of which may not be realized for decades. Mandatory school closings, forced isolation of teens and college students, and required injections of healthy children with experimental drugs attempting to shield adults will be a permanent black mark on America. And the truth cannot be denied – the Birx-Fauci lockdowns failed to stop the death and the spread of infection (see Bjornskov, Bendavid, Agrawal, Herby, and Kerpen) and inflicted tremendous harms, shifting the pandemic burden to low-income families to spare the affluent.

America’s next president needs to lead with strong reforms, because the Birx-Fauci stain on public health and science jeopardizes the credibility of all future health guidance. Here are some recommended initial executive orders:

• Clearly define by law “public health emergency” with strict time limits (e.g., two weeks), requiring legislation to extend. Human rights were violated in the United States. Guarantees of the most fundamental freedoms upon which this country was founded – speech, religion, assembly – were suddenly reversed, without limit, by lockdowners under the guise of “the science” and “safety.” The U.S., with freedoms explicitly defined as “endowed by their Creator,” must be managed in concert with its system of laws, even during health emergencies.
• Add term limits (e.g., six years) to all health agency positions, including top- and mid-level posts, after first cleaning house of all heads of CDC, NIH, and FDA. For instance, Anthony Fauci worked as a bureaucrat for 38 years. Such longevity accrues power and seems to inhibit dissenting voices, while setting up unhealthy relationships with outside parties, including the media.
• Forbid all drug royalty-sharing by employees of FDA, NIH, CDC, and forbid related private jobs for five years after government service. OpenTheBooks revealed that between 2009 and 2021, approximately 54,000 royalty payments totaling $325.8 million were paid by third party entities to NIH researchers, sources redacted. We know that Dr. Francis Collins, the NIH’s former director, received 21 payments and Dr. Anthony Fauci received 37 payments between 2010 and 2021. This shocking conflict of interest, with hundreds of agency employees garnering personal profit forcibly revealed by FOIA requests, is the most urgent among many reforms.
• Require full transparency of all FDA, CDC, and NIH discussions with immediate posting to public forums. Statements from all advisors in those meetings, such as the startling October 26, 2021, recommendation of Eric Rubin, M.D., FDA advisor for children’s COVID vaccines, that “we’re never going to learn about how safe this vaccine is [in children] unless we start giving it. That’s just the way it goes,” must be widely visible to the public.
• Restatement with executive order that the CDC and other health agencies are strictly advisory and do not have power to set laws or mandates. Limiting health agency power is a way to begin holding elected officials accountable to the citizens, rather than allowing the pretense of hiding behind those agencies.
• Decentralize today’s cartel of NIH funding that controls all academic science careers and university medical centers. More than 15 U.S. medical centers receive over $500 million each – per year – from the NIH, the dominant funder of all scientific research, to the tune of $45 billion per year. Leverage on individual university scientists who owe their careers to NIH funding explains the February 2020 Lancet publication concocted behind closed doors calling the lab origin of the SARS2 virus a “conspiracy theory”– perhaps to conceal NIH malfeasance overseen by Drs. Collins and Fauci, who sent more than $2 million taxpayer dollars to fund China’s dangerous gain-of-function research to circumvent our country’s restrictions. Instead, disseminating control of NIH funding across regions with block grants to states would reduce this grip on independent voices.
• Immediately halt all binding agreements or pledges to the World Health Organization. The U.S. is the largest funding nation to WHO activities, but the WHO record is abysmal. In addition to supporting China’s stonewalling, Director Tedros backed China’s reckless human rights violations, stating “the Chinese government is to be congratulated for the extraordinary measures it has taken to contain the outbreak,” even as it used pseudoscience to essentially imprison its citizens. WHO disregarded evidence in its guidelines on mitigation, censored its own staff for acknowledging limits of asymptomatic spread, and flipped fundamental definitions like “herd immunity“ to influence behavior, rather than to dispassionately inform with data. We must hope Tedros was joking when he said, “China is actually setting a new standard for outbreak response.” Blind to the obvious need for reassessment, the Biden administration’s ambassador to the WHO Pamela Hamamoto already promised “The United States is committed to the [WHO’s] Pandemic Accord” even without seeing the final version. In that Accord, the WHO will define “public health emergency” for other countries – the fundamental basis to justify restrictions on the public. What is the rationale for any sovereign nation to allow a third party to legally define and impose such a critical state?

Finally, American voters need to wake up and hold elected officials accountable. Without substantial reforms, the promised freedoms of the United States will have lost legitimacy. [source]

Germany Says It Will Execute ICC Warrant on Netanyahu

Germany said Wednesday it will abide by an International Criminal Court arrest warrant and detain Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should he step foot on German soil.

The ICC on Monday issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Israel Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on charges of war crimes in its military response to Iranian-backed Hamas' Oct. 7 terrorist attack. The ICC also issued arrest warrants Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, its military leader Muhammad Deif, and its Qatar-based political leader Ismail Haniyeh on charges of war crimes.

A dramatic appeal written in German and English and posted Tuesday on X by Ron Prosor, Israel's ambassador to Germany was rebuffed by the administration of Prime Minister Olaf Scholz, the Jerusalem Post reported.

"This is outrageous!" Prosor wrote. "The German 'Staatsräson' is now being put to the test – no ifs or buts. This contrasts with the weak statements we hear from some institutions and political actors. The public statement that Israel has the right to self-defense loses credibility if our hands are tied as soon as we defend ourselves."

Staatsräson is the German word that refers to Germany's pledge to ensure that Israel's security is part of its national security and interests, the Post reported. Former German Chancellor Angela Merkel declared during her 2008 Knesset speech that Israel is part of Germany's state of being.

"The Chief Prosecutor [of the ICC] equates a democratic government with Hamas, thereby demonizing and delegitimizing Israel, and the Jewish people," Prosor wrote. "He has completely lost his moral compass. Germany has a responsibility to readjust this compass. This disgraceful political campaign could become a nail in the coffin for the West and its institutions. Do not let it come to that!"

But the Post reported that Scholz spokesman Steffen Hebestreit, when was asked Wednesday if the German government would execute an ICC arrest order against Netanyahu, he said, "Of course. Yes, we abide by the law."

Germany is among the 124 countries that are part of the ICC, which was adopted in 1998 through a United Nations treaty, the Rome Statute. Israel and the United States are not signatories to the treaty and do not recognize the ICC's authority.

Germany is a generous donor to the ICC, the Post reported, and news that its government would arrest and deport an Israeli prime minister and defense minister if they stepped foot on German soil in light of the country's history with Nazis exterminating Jews in World War II has triggered shocking reports in German media and on social media.

The Post reported it sought comment Wednesday from German's Foreign Ministry about Prosor's X post and Scholz's decision to arrest Netanyahu if the warrant is implemented. [source]

American relatives of Oct 7 hostage, murder victims sue Al Jazeera

American family members of victims of the October 7 massacre have filed a lawsuit against Al Jazeera Media Network along with its US subsidiary, alleging that the news outlet directly supported Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ). According to the lawsuit obtained by The Jerusalem Post, the Qatar-based network knowingly aided the terrorist organizations by providing a global platform for propaganda, recruitment, and incitement to violence.

The complaint, filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia under the US Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA), alleges that Al Jazeera employed Hamas and PIJ terrorists as “journalists,” paid terrorist leaders for interviews, and pushed extremist narratives. According to the complaint, some of the Al Jazeera “journalists” were Hamas and PIJ operatives, some directly involved in the October 7 attack. Under the ATA, US victims of terrorism can seek damages from actors that provide support to terrorist organizations.

The network is also accused of glorifying terrorists, inciting further violence, and financially supporting individuals linked to these groups. Exclusive interviews with Hamas leaders—some of whom orchestrated attacks on Israeli and American civilians—are cited as evidence in the case. According to the plaintiffs, these actions contributed to the planning and execution of the October 7 terrorist attacks, which killed over 1,200 people, resulted in the kidnapping of over 250 and injuring of thousands.

Maurice Shnaider, the uncle of murdered victims Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas, is among the plaintiffs. He stated, “The brutal murder of Shiri, Kfir, and Ariel by Gaza terrorists is an unspeakable atrocity that has shattered our family forever. The kidnapping and killing of toddlers is beyond comprehension. While no lawsuit can erase our pain, we are determined to seek justice and hold those responsible accountable.”

Darshan-Leitner, president of Shurat Hadin, one of the legal groups assisting with the case, said, “Terrorist organizations require financial support, logistical networks, and media outlets to further their agenda. The evidence shows Al Jazeera has acted as an accomplice to Hamas and PIJ, promoting their ideology and enabling their operations.” [source]

The International Criminal Court was hit with a cyberattack

The International Criminal Court revealed malicious actors illegally accessed its computer systems late last week, posing potentially dangerous ramifications for the world’s only permanent war crimes tribunal.

“The International Criminal Court’s services detected anomalous activity affecting its information systems,” the ICC said Monday in a statement posted to X, formerly Twitter. “Immediate measures were adopted to respond to this cybersecurity incident and to mitigate its impact.” These measures are reportedly ongoing, and include assistance from authorities in the Netherlands, where the ICC is based.

As Reuters notes, “highly sensitive documents” under the ICC’s purview could potentially include protected witnesses’ identities, and detailed criminal evidence of war crimes. The ICC has not offered detail on what system areas and information may be potentially compromised.

Established in 2002 in The Hague to hold world leaders and countries accountable for war crimes and crimes against humanity, the ICC is currently investigating multiple allegations across Afghanistan, the Philippines, Uganda, Venezuela, and Ukraine. In March, the ICC issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin on charges of illegally deporting Ukrainian children. Although neither Ukraine nor Russia are ICC members, Kyiv granted the ICC the right to prosecute crimes committed within the territory. At the time, Russian authorities declared the arrest warrant “null and void.”

In an August article for the quarterly publication, Foreign Policy Analytics, ICC lead prosecutor Karim Khan announced in August the court would commit to investigating cybercrimes potentially violating the Rome Statute. First adopted in 1998, the legal treaty grants the ICC authority to prosecute war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity. As of 2019, 123 nations are party to the agreement.

“Cyber warfare does not play out in the abstract. Rather, it can have a profound impact on people’s lives,” Khan wrote in August. “Attempts to impact critical infrastructure such as medical facilities or control systems for power generation may result in immediate consequences for many, particularly the most vulnerable. Consequently, as part of its investigations, my Office will collect and review evidence of such conduct.”

This isn’t the first time the ICC’s cybersecurity has been compromised. In 2011, a controversial Kenyan journalist was accused and arrested by the ICC for allegedly leaking protected witnesses’ identities online. He was later released. [source]

G20 meets to plan YOUR future, your resources, your rights and your land

This is a really important story. The G20 met earlier this month in India. The G20 is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, meeting for global economic superpowers that occurs each year. China’s Xi and Russia’s Putin did not attend, even though they are G20 leaders, so the U.S. and India took an even bigger role than usual.

At this year’s event, the G20 produced a statement called the “G20 New Delhi Leaders’ Declaration.” In it, the G20 published a rough outline of its policy plans and priorities for member nations. Keep in mind that these are the priorities the countries agreed on, so there is a general consensus on the Declaration.

The reason the New Delhi Declaration is important is because it provides an exceptional look into the globalist, Great Reset playbook for the next year and longer. All of this is leading up to an incredibly important United Nations meeting in September 2024 called “Summit for the Future,” where a new international pact will be formally approved. Globalist elites are showing us their cards. All we have to do is look at them.

What’s in the Declaration?

To say the New Delhi Declaration is radical is a major understatement. It’s the Great Reset on steroids. The document is 37 pages long, with each page containing numerous bullet-point agenda items for creating a New World Order.

There are literally hundreds of points in the document, so I couldn’t possibly go through them all now, but here are just some of the highlights:

1. An international commitment to dramatically scale back the use of private and public lands.

The G20 committed to “restoring by 2030 at least 30 percent of all degraded ecosystems and scaling up efforts to achieve land degradation neutrality.”

2. A commitment to “halt and reverse biodiversity loss by 2030.”

That would effectively mean not only the end of land development, but also the return of land that’s currently occupied by humans to nature. How can we possibly feed the world’s growing population with a commitment like this? (By the way, we warned about this in Dark Future.)

More recently, Senator McConnell has worked to upend legislation that would be damaging to Beijing. In September 2011, the Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Reform Act (S.1619) was introduced in the Senate. The bill punished countries with “fundamentally misaligned currenc[ies]” by tacking on import duties. While it did not explicitly target China, the bill was considered a direct response to China’s undervalued currency, which threatened U.S. competitiveness in the international marketplace and made U.S. goods more expensive in China. McConnell was adamantly opposed to the bill.

G20 meets to plan YOUR future, your resources, your rights and your land

This is a really important story. The G20 met earlier this month in India. The G20 is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, meeting for global economic superpowers that occurs each year. China’s Xi and Russia’s Putin did not attend, even though they are G20 leaders, so the U.S. and India took an even bigger role than usual.

At this year’s event, the G20 produced a statement called the “G20 New Delhi Leaders’ Declaration.” In it, the G20 published a rough outline of its policy plans and priorities for member nations. Keep in mind that these are the priorities the countries agreed on, so there is a general consensus on the Declaration.

The reason the New Delhi Declaration is important is because it provides an exceptional look into the globalist, Great Reset playbook for the next year and longer. All of this is leading up to an incredibly important United Nations meeting in September 2024 called “Summit for the Future,” where a new international pact will be formally approved. Globalist elites are showing us their cards. All we have to do is look at them.

What’s in the Declaration?

To say the New Delhi Declaration is radical is a major understatement. It’s the Great Reset on steroids. The document is 37 pages long, with each page containing numerous bullet-point agenda items for creating a New World Order.

There are literally hundreds of points in the document, so I couldn’t possibly go through them all now, but here are just some of the highlights:

1. An international commitment to dramatically scale back the use of private and public lands.

The G20 committed to “restoring by 2030 at least 30 percent of all degraded ecosystems and scaling up efforts to achieve land degradation neutrality.”

2. A commitment to “halt and reverse biodiversity loss by 2030.”

That would effectively mean not only the end of land development, but also the return of land that’s currently occupied by humans to nature. How can we possibly feed the world’s growing population with a commitment like this? (By the way, we warned about this in Dark Future.)

24 GOP Governors Tell Biden Not to Sign WHO Pandemic Agreement

Governors from 24 states have joined together to speak out against treaty negotiations being conducted by the Biden administration that “would purport to grant” the World Health Organization (WHO) “unprecedented and unconstitutional powers over the United States and its people.”

In a March 22 letter, the governors stated that they “stand united in opposition to two proposed instruments” currently under negotiation.

“The objective of these instruments is to empower the WHO, particularly its uncontrollable Director-General, with the authority to restrict the rights of U.S. citizens, including freedoms such as speech, privacy, travel, choice of medical care, and informed consent, thus violating our Constitution’s core principles,” the governors wrote. “If adopted, these agreements would seek to elevate the WHO from an advisory body to a global authority in public health.”

The documents they refer to are a new treaty called the WHO pandemic agreement and amendments to the existing International Health Regulations (IHR), which together would centralize a significant amount of authority within this U.N. subsidiary if the WHO declares a state of “health emergency.”

The letter was signed by the governors of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

During negotiations among member nations before the opening of the World Health Assembly on May 27, the WHO appeared to have scaled back some of the powers it had sought in hopes of finalizing a deal ahead of a vote on the treaty.

The latest IHR draft has deleted a prior provision that member nations “recognize WHO as the guiding and coordinating authority of international public health response” and commit to following the WHO’s directives during a health emergency. The latest draft also states that WHO recommendations are nonbinding.

The WHO had attempted in previous drafts to obtain powers over “all risks with the potential to impact public health,” which could include environmental and climate issues. The latest draft seeks to limit the WHO’s authority on diseases.

The WHO has simultaneously launched a public relations campaign, using politicians, celebrities, and religious leaders, to encourage member states to sign the agreements.

On March 20, WHO ambassador and former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown praised the efforts of a “100+ pantheon of global leaders” that have come to the WHO’s defense.

“A high-powered intervention by 23 former national Presidents, 22 former Prime Ministers, a former UN General Secretary, and 3 Nobel Laureates is being made today to press for an urgent agreement from international negotiators on a Pandemic Accord, under the Constitution of the World Health Organization, to bolster the world’s collective preparedness and response to future pandemics,” Mr. Brown said in a statement.

He called for an international effort to “expose fake news disinformation campaigns by conspiracy theorists trying to torpedo international agreement for the Pandemic Accord.”

“No country will cede any sovereignty, and no country will see their national laws set aside,” he said.

The issue of whether or not to grant the WHO additional powers has become a partisan issue, with Democrats generally supporting the plan and Republicans generally opposing it.

GOP Senators Demand Right to Approve Treaty

On May 1, all 49 GOP senators signed a letter to President Joe Biden, urging him to either not sign the WHO Pandemic Agreement and IHR amendments or submit the treaty to the Senate for approval, as required by the Constitution. Senate Democrats have thus far not supported efforts to require Senate approval for the treaty.

“The WHO’s failure during the COVID-19 pandemic was as total as it was predictable and did lasting harm to our country,” the Republican senators wrote.

“The United States cannot afford to ignore this latest WHO inability to perform its most basic functions and must insist on comprehensive WHO reforms before even considering amendments to the International Health Regulations or any new pandemic-related treaty that would increase WHO authority. We are deeply concerned that your administration continues to support these initiatives and strongly urge you to change course.”

In the United States, the authority to deal with health issues is largely in the domain of states and outside the grasp of the federal government. States with Republican majorities have actively opposed the WHO agreements.

Louisiana and Florida recently passed laws stating that state officials will not obey WHO directives, and other states, such as Oklahoma, are considering similar legislation.

Attorneys general from 22 U.S. states also signed a May 8 letter to President Biden urging him not to sign the WHO agreements and stating that they will resist any attempts by the WHO to set public health policy in their states.

“Although the latest iteration is far better than previous versions, it’s still highly problematic,” the attorneys general wrote. “The fluid and opaque nature of these proceedings, moreover, could allow the most egregious provisions from past versions to return. Ultimately, the goal of these instruments isn’t to protect public health.

“It’s to cede authority to the WHO—specifically its director-general—to restrict our citizens’ rights to freedom of speech, privacy, movement (especially travel across borders), and informed consent.” [source]

All governors should tell Briben not to sign the WHO pandemic agreement. Then again, the DNC governors (like Crooked Joe) probably don't care about America's sovereignty.

[These] map[s] distributed by the Red Cross highlights freight train routes. The back of the map[s] advises migrants how to illegally board and ride freight trains across Mexico.

UN’s International Organization of Migration

[These] map[s] of consulates and commissions across Mexico [were] created and distributed by the International Organization of Migration, a part of the UN, to aid migrants on their journey towards the U.S. border.

Amigos Del Tren ("Friends of the Train")

[These] map[s] advises immigrants on how to board and ride the "Train of Death," a freight train that runs through Mexico into the U.S. The map also gives travel time estimates and lists places to stay along the route. As the name "Train of Death" suggests, the route is as dangerous as it is illegal.

R4V (Refugees and Migrants from Venezuela)

Excerpts from the book The Deeper State Part 1

Even former Vice President Joseph Biden showed his globalist colors while serving as a U.S. senator in a 1992 article in the Wall Street Journal. In Biden’s article, entitled “How I Learned to Love the New World Order,” he extolled “collective security” through the United Nations, and called for a “permanent commitment of forces for use by the Security Council.”

Biden then asked, “Why not breathe life into the U.N. Charter?”

Biden continued to promote a new world order outcome at least through 2013 when he spoke to the thirty-eighth annual conference of the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

Biden asserted at that conference that “the affirmative task we have now is to actually create a new world order.” This means global governance and world government and all that implies.

Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel is the father of the progressive movement. He believed that the history of mankind was the rational evolution of mankind to “perfect” humanity, but that process required a government to tame man’s raw impulses. Further, Hegel’s “philosophy of history” can be understood as man becoming god on earth. That view explains the basis for progressive foreign policy as well, which is built on two central ideas from nineteenth-century German philosophy: ethical idealism and historical evolution.

Ethical idealism, according to Christopher Burkett, an associate professor of political science at Ashland University, “is any action motivated by a concern for one’s own happiness, welfare, or interest is not moral, and accordingly, the only moral action is one undertaken purely to promote the good of others.” The state’s proper role, explained Burkett, is to “discourage individualistic pursuit of private interests, promoting instead cooperative moral actions that contribute to the good of the whole.”

Historical evolution, the second tenet of progressivism, asserts that human societies evolve from primitive origins and over time they become “more civilized, more ethical, and more democratic culminating in the emergence of the state.” The culmination of that evolutionary process is freedom, which comes only when “a people become civilized, ethical, and democratic under the tutelage of the state.”

These progressive tenets are in stark contrast to the theory of our founders, who believed the laws of nature, human nature, and natural rights did not evolve; they are God given. Further, our founders rejected the progressive notion that all self-interested actions were immoral. Burkett concluded, “Accepting human nature for what it is, they [the founders] believed that the primary purpose of government was to allow individuals to exercise their liberty in pursuit of their own happiness.”

The United Nations Scrubbed This Article Heralding ‘The Benefits Of World Hunger’ From Its Website After It Went Viral

Mounting evidence continues to emerge proving the food shortages and supply chain disruptions are being manufactured by the United Nations, the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization in an effort to institute a New World Order, global government and destroy the United States.

A 2009 op-ed published by the United Nations, which is now removed from its website, heralds hunger as “the foundation of wealth” and a means to bolster the world economy.

Hunger must be sustained to exploit manual labor, contends George Kent, a professor at the University of Hawaii’s political science department. who authored the November 2021 UN the document.

“We sometimes talk about hunger in the world as if it were a scourge that all of us want to see abolished, viewing it as comparable with the plague or aids. But that naïve view prevents us from coming to grips with what causes and sustains hunger. Hunger has great positive value to many people,” Kent notes. “Indeed, it is fundamental to the working of the world’s economy. Hungry people are the most productive people, especially where there is need for manual labour.”

Without “the threat of hunger,” essential low-paying jobs would become vacant, a labor shortage would emerge and the global economy would cease to exist, Kent continues.

“We in developed countries sometimes see poor people by the roadside holding up signs saying ‘Will Work For Food.” Actually, most people work for food. It is mainly because people need food to survive that they work so hard either in producing food for themselves in subsistence-level production, or by selling their services to others in exchange for money. How many of us would sell our services if it were not for the threat of hunger?

“More importantly, how many of us would sell our services so cheaply if it were not for the threat of hunger? When we sell ourselves cheaply, we enrich others, those who own factories, the machines and the lands, and ultimately own the people who work for them. For those who depend on the availability of cheap labour, hunger is the foundation of wealth.”

According to the U.N., assumptions attributing poverty and low-paying jobs to hunger are “nonsense” because people deprived of nourishment have stronger incentive to work.

“Who would have established massive biofuel production operations in Brazil if they did not know there were thousands of hungry people desperate enough to take the awful jobs they would offer?” Kent asserts. “Who would build any sort of factory if they did not know that many people would be available to take the jobs at low-pay rates?

“Much of the hunger literature talks about how it is important to assure that people are well fed so that they can be more productive. That is nonsense. No one works harder than hungry people. Yes, people who are well nourished have greater capacity for productive physical activity, but well-nourished people are far less willing to do that work.”

“Slaves to hunger” are “assets” to “people at the high end,” Kent concludes:

The non-governmental organization Free the Slaves defines slaves as people who are not allowed to walk away from their jobs. It estimates that there are about 27 million slaves in the world, including those who are literally locked into workrooms and held as bonded labourers in South Asia. However, they do not include people who might be described as slaves to hunger, that is, those who are free to walk away from their jobs but have nothing better to go to. Maybe most people who work are slaves to hunger?

For those of us at the high end of the social ladder, ending hunger globally would be a disaster. If there were no hunger in the in the world, who would plow the fields? Who would harvest our vegetables? Who would work in the rendering plants? Who would clean our toilets? We would have to produce our own food and clean our toilets. No wonder people at the high end are not rushing to solve the hunger problem. For many of us, hunger is not a problem, but an asset.

The decades-oldop-ed was removed from the United Nation’s website on Wednesday hours it went viral.

The United Nation’s Chronicle subsequently issued a statement claiming the article is “satire.”

A 2020 report published by The Rockefeller Foundation that outlines a globalist plan to transform the food system is underway began circulating across the internet on Monday.

The Rockefeller Foundation document titled, “Reset The Table: Meeting the Moment to Transform the U.S. Food System” argues the U.S. food system must be seized and transformed to advance “social justice” and “environmental protection.”

The report also calls for “numerous changes to policies, practices and norms” to modify the U.S. food supply, including data collection and online surveillance to track people’s the dietary habits. [source]

Sure it was satire. The poor can be controlled more easily. They have a hard time fighting back from the powers that are oppressing them.

So David Rockefeller pleads guilty.  The world should be governed by Man (the intellectual elite) and specifically by Man in the role of world banker (the enforcement mechanism — debt that can never be repaid).  America's debt is $31.4 trillion, as just agreed to by the United States Congress.  Service on this debt is astronomical and virtually unsustainable if interest rates rise.

The alternative to the elite is God-centered governance, not Man-centered, in line with Judeo-Christian Moral Law.  This is the model that the American Constitutional Republic represents.

Elite international banking has partially operated, since WWII, through the auspices of many organizations and agencies of the United Nations.  The U.N. also includes international courts and bureaucracies that would replace our own.

The intellectual elite has devised a seemingly impenetrable web of structures with such elaborate interconnections, including tax-exempt foundations and secret societies, that no one can unravel the whole scheme.  The Bank for International Settlements (the "bank of banks"), the World Bank, the World Conservation Bank, the World Wilderness Land Inventory Trust, the International Monetary Fund, the U.N. Man and Biosphere Programme (into which we have placed our most precious national parks and landmarks), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (think minimum global tax), are operating as quasi-world government whether Americans are prepared to concede the point or not.

Should there be any doubt that Global Governance has arrived, notice the new statue in front of the visitor's center at the United Nations headquarters in New York City called "The Guardian for International Peace and Security."  A gaze pitiless as the sun.

America's answer to David Rockefeller is simple: the best for most Americans is embodied in the structure of our national rule of law — Positive Law that includes state constitutions, our federal Constitution, and statutes passed by legislative bodies as representatives of the American people; Natural Law that includes unalienable rights from God; Unwritten Law that represents our culture and courtesies; and Moral Law, the highest law of our land, that tells us what is "right" and what is "wrong" as a reflection of divine tenets.

Our constitutional system needs to be preserved, protected, and defended, lest it disappear into the "abyss of the regretted" that has plagued mankind forever.  All American public servants take an oath to this effect.

The positive news is that it is not too late.  Yeats was anguished that the same lesson was not learned before WWI.  The central banks of that era funded both sides of a hideous bloodbath to make money.  It was so horrific that faith was lost.  We have another chance, now, if faith can be retrieved.  Yeats is hoping we are paying attention.

DEAR AMERICAN PEOPLE, DEAR FRIENDS, for two years now, a global coup has been carried out all over the world, planned for some time by an elite group of conspirators enslaved to the interests of international high finance. This coup was made possible by an emergency pandemic that is based on the premise of a virus that has a mortality rate almost analogous to that of any other seasonal flu virus, on the delegitimization and prohibition of effective treatments, and on the distribution of an experimental gene serum which is obviously ineffective, and which also clearly carries with it the danger of serious and even lethal side effects. We all know how much the mainstream media has contributed to supporting the insane pandemic narrative, the interests that are at stake, and the goals of these groups of power: reducing the world population, making those who survive chronically ill, and imposing forms of control that violate the fundamental rights and natural liberties of citizens. WHO to rename monkeypox because 'racism'

The World Health Organization (WHO) will be changing the name of monkeypox, over concerns of racism and stigma that surround the virus that has infected over 1,600 people across over 20 countries.

WHO director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Tuesday that it is “working with partners and experts from around the world on changing the name of monkeypox virus, its clades and the disease it causes.” A new name, they say, will be released as soon as possible.

Over 30 scientists said last week that there was an "urgent need for a non-discriminatory and non-stigmatizing nomenclature for the monkeypox virus."

They argue that "The prevailing perception in the international media and scientific literature is that MPXV is endemic in people in some African countries. However, it is well established that nearly all MPXV outbreaks in Africa prior to the 2022 outbreak, have been the result of spillover from animals to humans and only rarely have there been reports of sustained human-to-human transmissions. In the context of the current global outbreak, continued reference to, and nomenclature of this virus being African is not only inaccurate but is also discriminatory and stigmatizing.

"The most obvious manifestation of this," they continue, "is the use of photos of African patients to depict the pox lesions in mainstream media in the global north. Recently, Foreign Press Association, Africa issued a statement urging the global media to stop using images of African people to highlight the outbreak in Europe."

WHO is now consulting experts in orthopoxviruses on finding a more appropriate name.

TIME reports that "Other disease names that run counter to the guidelines include swine flu, according to joint recommendations from the WHO, the World Organization for Animal Health and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations." Chicken pox and bird flu are among those as well.

A priority in naming diseases "should be done with the aim to minimize the negative impact," the spokesperson said in an email, "and avoid causing offense to any cultural, social, national, regional, professional or ethnic groups."

It is still not known how monkeypox entered humans in the current outbreak, though it is known that the virus has been spreading through close, intimate contact. [source]

8 Things to Know About Whether COVID-19 Leaked From Chinese Lab

The trove of newly public emails from Dr. Anthony Fauci only has intensified calls for more answers about the origins of COVID-19.

On some level, the executive branch and Congress are investigating the origins of the pandemic that has killed millions around the world and almost 600,000 in the United States.

The renewed attention comes amid mounting circumstantial evidence that the new coronavirus that causes the disease came from China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told a Senate panel May 11 that the United States didn’t help fund research at the Wuhan lab that involved making the virus more contagious or otherwise more dangerous.

However, the surfacing of an email exchange from Feb. 1, 2020, between Fauci and his deputy and fellow immunologist Hugh Auchincloss seems to cast doubt on that point.

The broad questions include: Did the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19 originate in a wet market near the Wuhan lab, as public health officials in both the United States and China insisted for more than a year? Or did the coronavirus originate in and somehow escape the Wuhan lab?

If the virus did originate in the Wuhan lab, did U.S. taxpayers help fund the related research? Are Fauci and other government officials shooting straight with Americans about what they know and don’t know?

Although the dominant media has just begun to express interest in getting answers, multiple avenues of inquiry have been opened by members of Congress, the intelligence community, and academia.

Here’s a guide to what’s next as more U.S. officials push for answers.

1. Single Party Interest in House

Several congressional Republicans have demanded an investigation of the origins of the virus, but House Democrats thus far have been fairly quiet. 

“The left-wing media and Democrats quickly dismissed the Wuhan lab COVID-19 origins theory as a ‘fringe conspiracy theory’ but it has been plausible from the start,” Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., ranking member of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, told The Daily Signal in an email interview.

The Daily Signal also sought comment on the need for an investigation from Oversight and Reform Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., but her office had not responded as of publication time.

As pressure mounted on the question, Biden announced May 26 that he had ordered the investigation by U.S. intelligence agencies into the origins of COVID-19.

Biden said the intelligence community had coalesced around two likely scenarios, “each with low or moderate confidence.”

“The majority of elements do not believe there is sufficient information to assess one to be more likely than the other,” the president said, referring to the government’s 16 separate intelligence agencies.

Those two scenarios involve either a lab accident or a natural emergence in China, National Intelligence Director Avril Haines told the House Intelligence Committee in testimony April 15.

Biden said intelligence agencies would redouble efforts to analyze information to “bring us closer to a definitive conclusion” and report back to him in 90 days. [read more]
