The Mind of Stalin

A single death is a tragedy, a million deaths is a statistic.

Death solves all problems - no person, no problem.

Education is a weapon whose effect depends on who holds it in their hands and at whom it is aimed.

Ideas are far more powerful than guns. We don't allow our enemies to have guns. Why should we allow them to have ideas?

I trust no one, not even myself.

The easiest way to gain control of the population is to carry out acts of terror. The public will clamor for strict laws if they believe that their personal security is threatened.

The greatest delight is to identify one's enemy, prepare everything, avenge oneself thoroughly and then go to sleep.

The world must be divided into regional groups as a transitional stage to world government. Populations will more readily abandon their national loyalty to a vague regional loyalty than they will for a world authority. Later the regions can be brought together into a single world dictatorship.

Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything.

The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was ever invented. Banking was conceived in iniquity and born in sin. Bankers own the Earth. Take it away from them but leave them the power to create money and with the flick of a pen they will create enough money to buy it back again. Take this great power away from them and all great fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear for then this would be a better and happier world to live in. However, if you want to continue to be slaves of the banks and pay the cost of your own slavery, let bankers continue to create money and control credit.

Just think during WW II this guy was called Uncle Stalin. He starved most of the population of Russia. I wonder how many of his ideas the far Left follows. The education quote the Left follows. The terror quote almost sounds like what Van Jones (Obama’s ex-advisor) would say—top down, inside out, bottom up.
